Each batch of S-9 is prepared according to purchaserís specifications in sucrose or KC1 buffer. 3.0 or 5.0 mL aliquots are standard; additional charge for smaller vials. S-9 fraction prepared sterile and stored at or below -70ƒC. S-9 batches pretested for metabolic profiling and/or biological activity in Salmonella. (Mammalian cell assays on request, at additional charge).
